One upon a time, in a land far away, there lived a royal family…four princes and princesses, all on the cusp of adulthood. At the centre of their family was a loving father, who, at the start of the year our story takes place died, making the palace a place of much sorrow. As the end of the year approached and their veil of grief showed little sign of lifting the whole kingdom understood this Christmas would be very different.
